Kristyn is one of Thunder Bay's few cutting specialists who works primarily with the straight razor for straight hair to loose curly textures. She also specializes in tight curls, which are cared for in a different way. She has done extensive continuing education outside of her Aveda training, travelling to places like San Diego and San Francisco to work with some of the industry's best.
